Do you handle the permit?
Yes. We draw the plans, bring in an engineer if one is needed, and apply to the City of Nanaimo or the Regional District of Nanaimo for you.
Do you do the plumbing and electrical?
We book licensed plumbers and electricians and manage them as part of your job, so you deal with one crew.
Can I get just the glass?
Yes. We install glass showers, railings and mirrors on other builders’ jobs too. See shower glass.
