What we collect
When you ask for a quote we collect your name, mobile number, email if you give it, your town, what you need, and any photos you send. When you visit the site we count page views without cookies, so we cannot identify you.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, visit, quote and do the work, and to keep records for warranty and tax.
Texts and offers
We text you about your request. We only send tips and offers if you tick the box on the quote form, and you can stop any time by replying STOP.
Who sees it
Our own team, and the suppliers or licensed trades we need for your job. We do not sell or rent your information.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it for your job, your warranty and our records, then we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@sharpcrafthomes.ca or call 778-988-3429.
